Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

We collect only the basic personal details (name, shipping and billing address, email address, etc.) required to:
- process your order
- provide customer support
- allow you to use website functionalities
- send you newsletter and special offers
Surfoff.com may share your information only to process your order. That means sharing your information with shipping companies or payment processors to give you the best possible service. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.
At the moment we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB payment cards.
After dispatch, you should receive you package within given timescales. Currently we only ship to the United States of America.
If a t-shirt is damaged or the wrong size has been sent please contact us through the contact form.
T-Shirts may be returned to surfoff.com for exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Due to the limited edition nature of our products exchanges may not be possible. If you've paid by Payment Card when ordering, refund will be made to your Payment Card.
T-shirt must be unwashed and unworn when being sent for exchange or return.
